Those two look okay. Depending on the amount of space you have I would definitely recommend one that collapses similar to the second one. This is the one I have:
http://www.mtbr.com/reviews/Tools/product_125345.shtml I really like the base of this one (the tripod is very stable), it's very easy to setup and also takes up virtually no space when collapsed. It's a little bit more expensive but there are some other stands made by Ultimate Support that are less expensive. I really like the quick release.
