Monk

Any Monk fans excited to see the season resume in January? Looking forward to it coming back on the 9th. Definitely one of my favorite shows. USA kills it with the Friday night lineup along with Psych.

I'm a big fan of Monk and Psych, but I think Monk has gone downhill in terms of quality of storyline, etc since sharona left. The first season of Natalie was ok, but since then, the clues and intricacies of what Monk discovers is just... eh....
Just a longer, real action Scooby Doo, without the dog.

Psych on the other hand, just keeps it flowing with the wittiness. I love it.

I love Monk, and I like it better with Natalie. Sharona was too abrasive for my taste. The story lines have been a bit off lately, but it's still a good show.

There's actually quite a number of shoes in Jan that I'm looking forward to.

Monk has gotten less entertaining since Sharona left I think but I still watch it. Psych is awesome and I don't mind Burn Notice either.

I think the mystery element of Monk has been pretty similar throughout the seasons, but it's been really cool to see how he himself changes and gets closer to people. Anyway, I'll certainly be watching tonight.

Can't wait for them. I do like Psych better than Monk, but a great combination. Can't wait for Burn Notice too. I love USA for those shows.

I just read an article that says next season will be the last for Monk. I didn't realize this is already the 7th season. I think I only watched 1 season before they replaced Sharona.

Yep, the show's been entertaining me for many, many years. I think the general consensus is that everyone's happy that Monk's ending on a high note instead of having a couple seasons of mediocrity before being can canceled.

Anyway, I thought the premiere was hilarious. Steve Zahn built up a nice little interaction with Monk, and both were lovable despite their flaws.
