2 down, 2 to go! Pitt will be tough on thier home ice, but if Detroit wins tomorrow it'll almost certainly be a sweep.

good thing they got something for winning the east cuz that's the only hardware they're going to be hoisting for the next 12 months.

I am sorry, what was that you said? Please speak up, I couldn't hear you over all the cheering going on by Pens fans around the world.

I think it be a 5 game playoff. i will say the the Pittsburgh Penguins are a hell of a team. But there goalies not as good as Detroits. both teams are deserving of being in the playoffs.

The kicker is the Deadthings are doing it without some of their best players in the lineup.

Since when did Abdelkader get laser tracking on his shots???

The refs definitely swallow their whistles the farther into the playoffs you go.

the ref's are payed to make the games last as long as possible .there so much money to be made as more games are played .and the player cant though a game ! but the games have been very good to watch and both teams are playing very well matched up.

Glad for the outcome. Only sad part (apart from it not being the Blackhawks that were celebrating) was that the Penguins had to celebrate in front of a booing Wings crowd.

My coworker (Wings Fan) lost about $500 with stuff he bet people. I don't blame him, if I had to bet between the 2 I would have bet on the Wings too.

Best part? Hossa on the bench while the pens were celebrating.

What was the booing all about? It seemed to be most prominant when the guy came out to present the trophys and whenever he spoke- it seemed to be more directed at him than the Penguins. I don't follow hockey but happened to catch the final period of Game 7- they said it was the most watched game in 30 years I think. Exciting finish! Pittsburgh sure turned their season around with the new coach. My brother is a big Avalance fan.

The wings fans present were sore losers that, IMHO, was the reason they were booing.

When you have no excuse for losing you have to talk about something else. Up 2-0 and then 3-2 they should have never lost. Now that they did they need someone to blame something on even if it is .
