Meet My Folks (nbc) - SOOOOO FUNNY!
Forget having to impress the date of your dreams -- first you have to pass parental inspection in this one-hour reality game show. In the first episode, three eligible bachelors spend three days with their potential Miss Right -- and her family in their home. During the course of the long weekend, each contestant's character and intentions are put to the test through a series of revealing conversations and interactions with the parents of their potential love match.
Damn, when chris answered, "yes" to the, "Have you ever slept with your ex-girlfriend's mother" question, I could not stop laughing. That guy is such a weirdo. And then the part when jason started playing his drum from his native american tribe, the look on the dad's face was gold. I will definitely be watching more episodes.  |

it was very funny!
those idiots all lied and than got busted on the lie detector test. the one cat admits to what he did and gets ousted for it. the crazy part was they sent their lil girl to hawaii with the guy who banged his x-gf's mother. and lil miss innocent was a lil hootch. Dad and mom must be proud and hey, now the mom has a shot too.  -jel  |

I think Meet my Folks is a hilarious show. I watched it again tonight and I loved it. The best part i think is when they bring out the lie detector because they think they are going to get out of some of the questions but then in reality they dont get to.

I watched one. It was comedy. They brought out the ex-girlfriends and they all had breakfast together, after they woke the guys up at like 5 am to play with the childern (under like 9). hah, I was dying. That Dad was soo intimidating. It was great.

The Last Episode....
They're having the part where they break out video tapes of the dirt they have on the guys and one guys x-girl says he broke up by saying he was gay. That same guy modeled jock straps and everyone thought he was so gay.
Then the guy in lead, who was so in with the parents got his. His sister showed his room and had a video tape and said he taped his liasons(sp?) w/out the girls knowing. His sister totally sold him out! The lie detector never lies  .-jel |
