Acoustic versions of songs

Time for this again -

I *really* like acoustic versions of songs. I have Kazaa at the ready - anyone have any suggestions?

Anything Dave Matthews, John Mayer and Jack Johnson are pretty solid for live/acoustic stuff

Live - heaven
U2 - stuck in a moment
sum 41 - over my head
8stops7 - question everything
american hi-fi - flavor of the week
athenaeum - what I didn't know
blues traveler - hook
foo fighters - everlong
Lisa Loeb
Jewel

I dunno list could go own my collection of acoustic stuff is pretty big. What kind of genre you looking for exactly. . . not sure if what I listed is your kind of tea.

What do you mean you like accoustic "versions" of songs? Do you simply like accoustic songs, or do you like the accoustic "versions" of songs that weren't originally accoustic (ie. MTV unplugged).

Yes. Err... ones that weren't released that way originally. I'm a freak when it comes to "alternate" versions of songs I like.

if you're into alice in chains, check out stuff from the Unplugged live cd. they are an excellent unplugged band.

Ya..i think Alice In Chains is my all time favorite "unplugged" album.
In fact, i think "Jar of Flies" is probably in my top 5 albums, although technically the songs on the cd for the most part are orginally acoustic.
