Some reason this year I really believe its the Giants year. It scares me becasue I usually have such grimm expectations with the Giants because of past failures. Everything seems like its in place to make a legitimate deep playoff run. Of course they looked awful tonight because the right side of the offensive line utterly collapsed under pressure but its only preseason anyways.

On a serious note, one KC Chiefs player (too not-awake to remember who...will update later today) has gone on our local tv news and said that the Chiefs are going all the way and are going to win the Superbowl.

Charles Rogers is a good choice for Rookie of the Year considering he's going to start plus he has the tools to be an elite receiver.

poor Carr... with Boselli retiring...that kid is screwed...

I don't think he can take 16 games of getting sacked 5+ times each game

ESPN has the Texans traning camp on the front page right now. Go read, it's interesting. We lost Ryan Young too and our center Mckinley is injured. Our line seems weaker than last year.

But Carr BULKED up. He worked out all season and now he's huge. He might actually hit the rushers first!

I've heard great things about Carson Palmer from training camp. I'm hoping that he gets to start this year. The Palmer-to-Chad-Johnson connection is looking mighty impressive!

Carr doesnt need to bulk up, he needs to learn to run faster and get out of there.

While I would love to say that Texans are going to take it all.....everyone knows that's not going to happen...

I think the Raiders still have it in them to win a SB.

I think the Raiders missed their window. They have so much age on the offensive side of the football.

Raiders time is gone. They had a great chance last year but the coaching move hurt them in a big way. Who would have thought that the coach they sold to TB came back and beat them down? Al Davis was greedy and it hurt the team.

Problem with Al davis is that he wants to coach the team but tries to do it through proxies. Gruden wasnt going to take that crap from him.

which is why gruden won with tampa bay. they had all the weapons that oakland had last year, just younger and fresher. that's my opinion...had the referees not blown that call a few years back in the snow bowl, Oakland would have won it all.

Buffalo choked the last 4 times. I guess without O.J around, they can't win a SB.
