matrix revolutions?

WHo's watching. and more importantly, who's watching first day. I hated the second one, but group of friends wanted to watch it on wed evening showing. just went and bought tickets for tomorrow's showing...with a free ticket i got becasue i complained at my last movie that a kid was loud and obnoxious to the manager, and the usher had to come 3 times at a r rated movie...children should be banned at all r movies after 10 pm...sheesh

I'll be watching but not on the first day or first week. I wait until two weeks later so I could use the discount tickets ($5).

i SUPPOSE i'll go watch it, just to get some sort of closure to the whole damn thing. i thought Reloaded was excruciatingly overrated.

but yeah, i'm with bachviet on this one, sorta. i hate watching movies during opening week/end because of the obscene amount of people. more moviegoers = higher percentage of jackasses/loudmouths/crybabies/etc. = crappy moviewatching experience for me.

I totally agree with that. It really seemed like a movie that tried to hard. Tried to be too philisophical, tried to have too good of action seens (I won't ruin it for anyone, but the scene with Neo fighting Agent Smith seemed like it took 1/2 hour!)

Gonna try to get IMAX tix. I hated Reloaded in the regular silver screen but loved it at IMAX.

Nobody is doing a midnight showing because WB wants to release it at the same time worldwide. The earliest I've heard it showing was at the Universal Citywalk at 4:45am PDT on Wednesday morning. Otherwise, you'll have to wait until 6am PDT or 9am EST

I'm seeing it with a bunch of co-workers (there's about 40 of us engineers, programmers and IT folks going) at 10am over at The Bridge in Culver City. I'll let you know.

There is an IMAX at the Universal Citywalk. Parking is freaking $8 here (i get free parking cuz i'm an employee) and the IMAX tickets are $13/each. Keep that in mind....IMAX tickets are more expensive.

I would be going tonight, but unfortunately my fiance had to go to Vegas and bought her plane ticket thinking I didnt want to go for the third time in 2 months....I told her I would go, but it was too late. So since she would kill me if I went without her, I have to wait. Every single big movie that has come out recently shes been out of town. Damn her company.

No big deal, just means we will have to wait until this weekend or something.
