What should I do?? --> Revolutions

OKay, so I saw The Matrix and loved it.

When I watched the previews for Matrix: Reloaded, I decided to skip it as it looked like $4!7.

Now as of last night the previews for Revolutions looked amazing and I was trying to decide if I should rent the second one just so I know what happened.

Now its opening day, and the reviews I've read were horrible.

Should I not watch either of the sequals so I dont taint my love of the first movie?

Should I go see the third and not bother with reloaded?

Or should I rent Reloaded and watch Revolutions??

Rent Reloaded and watch Revolutions

You have to see how the thing plays out to get the full feelings for it, really.

the 2nd one doesn't suck, just light on plot. more of an action movie than a deep thinker like the first one. but, like jenny said you have to see it.

Like everyone is saying - you have to see it to understand what the hell is going on in Revolutions. I was reviewing Reloaded last night just to make sure I was up to speed on everything.

i really don't think you actually need to see it to understand part 3 ... but it helps. and it was a solidly good movie - not mind-blowing, and strangely paced, but quite good.

The second one was pretty useless; it could have been edited down to 30 minutes or so. Critics aren't very happy about Revolutions either, it seems.

Don't worry about "tainting your love". It's just a movie. It's amazing to read some of the nerds analyze it on usenet. Like it's some kind of religion or something.

I'll offer option 5: wait until Fox or UPN runs all three over three nights on TV.

I'll probably watch it in a motel room while on a business trip and let my employer pay for it !

Wifey went back to the motherland to visit her folks. The minute she comes back, we're gonna watch Matrix, then Reloaded on DVD, then head straight to the theater to see revolutions.

BTW, it IS a religion! Blasphemer!

Now, how long till GAM finds this and moves it to Entertainment?
