Good for Arod. there wasn't a clear person in any of the playoff teams that deserved the award. He should've won it. He plays his butt off every day, and works his butt off during the off season. he deserved it for a while. now for the rangers to get some good pitching.

BONDS wins the NL award.

No surprise there. Even though Pujols put up huge stats, Bonds changes the way teams pitch to the entire lineup. Unprecedented numbers for walks, plus the best on-base percentage and slugging percentage if memory serves.

This helps his argument for one of the best players ever. He has 3 more MVP awards than anyone else. Congrats to Barry.
