Streaming Trance/Dance/House Music?
my favorite streaming site (digitally imported) is always slammed now and of course you can pay for a "silver" membership but i'm a cheapie.
anyone have a suggestion for some free streaming music?

not necessarily, but I just cant jam to soft, seductive, sensual music when I'm at work. On the otherhand, late night after parties.... ![]() but at work, if i need to "concentrate" then i'll listen to progressive trance, or every once in a while deep house (which is the trend these days... but it sounds so ghey) /end musical rant |

yeah i agree with dafunkyunit right now it just sounds like some chillin/porn music. umpcha umpcha umpcha bow chica wow wow.
need something a bit more agressive, i will def check it out periodically though to see how it is. thx I usually just check out winamp's internet radio listings and try all the trance/techno ones till i find something i like. There are a whole bunch there so that usually works.

Feel free to post links to "progressive trance" and "deep house" -- i'm quite new to trance/techno/house (only have heard what that shove onto radio), and I'd like to sample the differences

deep house: http://www.netmusique.com/ (or look up "housemusique" in the Winamp internet radio library) progressive trance: http://www.friskyradio.com/ progressive house: http://www.protonradio.com/ its pretty hard (and futile) to heavily categorize everything, but thats the general idea. If you like progressive trance, then the big DJ names to check out are Sandra Collins and Christopher Lawrence. Progressive house: DJ Dan. and for deep house, check out Miguel Migs or any of the Naked Music records. |

the only DnB I listen to is stuff by LTJ Bukem, or "intelligent DnB" (although live DnB where they mix in hiphop elements is pretty cool, too) |
