That was just freaky to watch. If I saw him out in the street (ala Indiana Jones in Raiders of the Lost Ark), I'd just pull out the revolver and be done with it.

Well he can twirl the bo nicely and of course being able to throw it up in the air and catch it behind your back it a vital combat skill
 so I'm going with the cheerleader option.It is just more of this extreme martial arts crap that is more about flashy moves and screaming than about actual combat skills.
