Apparently, assuming you've seen none, everyone loves Hero. Then Collateral. I'm interested in Cellular. If you're even slightly wanting to see Tom Sizemore get the crap beat out of him, Paparazzi is for you. And the rest? I don't know.

please, PLEAZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZE don't go see hero nickel. it sucked so badly. if you're not asian, you're not going to appreciate it at all. there's no freaking story. it's all in subtitles. and it moves at a snail's pace.

Collateral is extremely good. i really liked it.

Hero was a great movie...although it moves slowly.

Some people prefer subtitles (like myself) The tones and depth of the voices seem more natural then dubbed movies.

If you choose to watch it, be prepared to watch every scene 3 times.

Collateral was good.

Without A Paddle is a rental. Funny, but in a stupid way. Not worth the cash to see it in the theatre.

I can't find a Collateral thread so I'll just say that I saw it tonight and thought it was great. Nickel what parts didn't make sense to you?

here's a cool thing first: remember the coyote scene? they are just sitting on the road in the cab and a coyote crosses on a street in L.A. in front of them? well later that night driving on the way home we had a coyote cross in front of us. it is only the second one i have seen in my life here. kinda ironic.

what didn't make sense was all those typical things in movies like that where you think, "c'mon that couldn't really happen. what are the chances?" granted there weren't many, but a few times my date and i mentioned it to each other.

overall the movie was great. Jamie Fox is a superb actor, and Tom Cruise was awesome as usual.

didn't really like the ending...

i loved the ending. i was happy that they didn't wrap it up into some silly "love ever after with a huge monetary reward" ending.

I had a girl visiting me in los angeles from out of state and i took her on a tour of downtown hollywood, and sunset and such before we ended up seeing collateral. It was pretty cool cause we had been to most of the places they were driving.
