I was watchin' this and was like DAYUUUM!!! Now THAT's a friggin' giveaway!!!!

Did anyone notice that there weren't hardly ANY men in the audience (probably less than 2% I bet) I guess they had the guys on stage... and not in the audience.

Anyways... donation or not, that's like $7.73 million in retail value cars. Along with all the other "giveaways" (the scholarship/wardrobe that the girl got, and the paying off of the foster home for $100K + $30K repairs) them folks made out like bandits.

Man... why can't I EVER be in the right place at the right time to get in on stuff like this... WHY!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't mind being Oprah's man-bitch. She's one helluva sugar momma. Too bad I would suffer greatly for it.

Apparently, your friends or family needed to write into the show asking Oprah for help that YOU were in need of a car. Apparently, all of those people were invited and got cars. I wonder how many people turned down invitations to be in the audience. I'm sure they're kicking themselves now.

Did you watch the show DarkFury?

That's a pretty good giveaway. Especially since she didn't have to pay any of it out of her pocket.

A new car would be nice but to have to sit through a an episode of her show... not sure the car is worth the cost...

Yeah... I watched it. I just happened to be home when it came on (since I had a DENTIST appointment earlier in the day... and I got a clean report there NICKEL!!! )

With all the HYPE surrounding the "big announcement", I was curious... so I watched it.

It's all good... but honestly, I got REAL tired of that music that they were playing everytime they gave something away. It was purely ANNOYING!!!!

An hour of my life is certainly worth a $28K "free" car...

Can you say that?

Oh that's right, the white people haven't caught on to the meaning yet.

The value of the automobiles was quickly dwarfed by all the free publicity GM and the Pontiac brand received. Marketing genius!!!!

Yup... if every 10th "Oprah follower" buys one, then GM will definitely be in the black on this...

Kinda like how Oprah influences "book sales" with her book club...
