A band with perhaps not the greatest name ever invented. I bought their album because BMG gave me 5 free CD's (I've been a member for a while) and they knew I was hispanic somehow. It was on their "You're a Hispanic, so are these guys" list. I bought it, and I think it's pretty damn good. The guitarist is pretty good and you can tell he has a lot of Santana influence. They are definitely Rock genre. One of their songs comes out on Entourage on HBO as it turns out.

VH1 has a couple of their vids that you can check out. The first one is called More Than Love which is good, but check out the one after that called Heaven which is a little less sappy in my opinion. Check it out here:

that song has been playing for awhile around here, and i really dig it.

I tried to watch those videos, but I got an error 509- No White Folk Allowed. I tried fooling them with a "Soy un Mexicano!", but they kept redirecting me to Dave Matthews Band instead.

I called their customer service line to complain, and that led to this exchange:
Customer Service woman: "You are white, though, correct?"
Me: "Well, yeah, I'm white, but I'm not Dave Matthews Band white. I don't wear GAP clothes or watch Sex and the City or anything."
CSW: "I'm sorry, but the corporate rock gods have a predefined playlist for your demographic. You do like Hoobastank."
Me: "Huh? No, I don't."
CSW: "You do like Hoobastank...and Paris Hilton is hot." "
Me: "Stop that! You don't have Jedi mind powers."
CSW: "You do like Hoobastank. If we ever have a band called Los Gringos, you'll like them, too."
Me: "Hmmm, maybe I was too hard on Hoobastank..."

Seriously, though, they sound ok from what I heard. They have my gringo seal of approval.
