I'll cast the first pointless flame. Which is hotter? How about a which is least ugly poll. Total 3 way tie

I figured the usual gang of Clinton bashers on this forum wouldn't be able to resist (what other reason would one of them even post her up?). Perhaps they feel shamed by my preemptive assumption and are keeping quiet now. Let's hope so.

Oh please. If you'd bothered looking at all the other threads like this, you'll see other ones with non-young non-hotties. All you were doing was trying to start up trouble or just being ridiculous and overly sensitive.

Thou dost protest too much, methinks.

Dude. Because I'm part of a gang of "Clinton bashers" I can't make a poll that involves Hillary Clinton? Did sizemic1 have beef with "Golden Girls" and therefore make the Bea Arthur vs. Betty White poll?

It's funny, that's the reason I made the poll, and comparing First Ladies doesn't work unless you compare First Ladies. Who should I have put up then? Abigail Adams vs. Dolley Madison?
Let it go, dude.

Your pre-emptive assumption didn't mean a thing. It's a funny poll, take the joke, move on. You're not that important that your fuddying actions changed our minds and made us feel guilty about a joke poll.

You conveniently ignore the elephant in the room. This isn't about them being old, or not hot. They are both figures in politics, pure and simple. And I can't remember Hillary ever being mentioned in a thread here without drawing a few nasty and unnecessary jabs. Hey, if it doesn't happen, great. But it will be a first.

You can do whatever you want, dude. And I can comment freely on it.

Zen, don't make something where nothing exists.

Quote:
Yamaoka Tesshu, as a young student of Zen, visited one master after another. He called upon Dokuon of Shokoku.

Desiring to show his attainment, he said: "The mind, Buddha, and sentient beings, after all, do not exist. The true nature of phenomena is emptiness. There is no relaization, no delusion, no sage, no mediocrity. There is no giving and nothing to be received."

Dokuon, who was smoking quietly, said nothing. Suddenly he whacked Yamaoka with his bamboo pipe. This made the youth quite angry.

"If nothing exists," inquired Dokuon, "where did this anger come from?"

I didn't vote for the Clintons (either for President, or Senate)..and I can vouch for the fact that I'm definately not a fan of either. But I can assure you, that when I met Mrs. Clinton in Albany at the luncheon for the Italian Embassador, she was pleasant, tiny, and actually very pretty in person. I was very surprised to see what her personality was like-as she's pretty much given the impression of being a pit bull. But the luncheon was not for her benefit and maybe that made the difference.

Zen, chill out. Everyone else: didn't Chelsea have some plastic surgery or something as reported a year or two ago? Her looks really improved quickly.

And zen, please stop harassing me. I don't attack you.

This is about PICTURES and opinions on whether people find these women ATTRACTIVE! No politics or anything. So, well, you did break a rule.

I must state that I tried to be fair in looking for the most attractive one of each. And Hillary Clinton's seemed nicest, though I'll open myself up for being biased on that one. There was a nicer one, but it was from the 1992 campaign when she looked like the 1950's suburban sitcom mom with pink outfit and bouffant hair, and I don't think that's fair to her.

And yes, this was ALL about looks.

you have to admit that, as far as first ladies go, the past two have been relatively attractive (emphasis on the "relatively"). with that said, i think i'd still choose mojo... am i the only one who thinks if monica lost some weight, she'd actually be kinda, well... hot (apparent dimwittedness notwithstanding)?

Nice defense, but regardless, what you were doing was picking a fight. Hey man, I miss the PF too, but don't go giving me the speak my mind spiel. You were hoping to rile things up.

Yeah, despite his recent behavior, zen is actually a nice guy, as evidenced in some posts showing genuine concern for members, including myself. But this was definitely a flame-baiting situation, coupled with a PM attack.
