What Happened to skidude?

I enjoyed his comments regarding the economy and other financial matters.

He hasn't been around for over a month. I am curious what he thinks of the current economic mess.

From my sources, he's not coming back. He was someone who'd gotten in major trouble with GAM a while back, wasn't supposed to be here anymore and used an alias. Evidently GAM doesn't tolerate that sort of thing. But yeah, his comments, as they were under his other name, were thought provoking at times.

"Your sources" That wouldn't be YOU would it? lol...

I remember his login name, but don't remember his posts, nor do I know who the Alter-Ego was, I have trouble following my real life sometimes. G|A just doesn't get enough attention.

Well that kinda sucks IMO. I think "skidude" earned a lot of cred here in the short time he was active under that name. I don't recall anyone having issues with "skidude". But if he was banned, a ban is a ban and GAMs gotta stick to thier guns. That's a shame. Oh well. RIP skidude.

Well, he wasn't exactly new to the board, so he kinda knew who most of us were to begin with. He was just careful not to let on. Fooled the hell out of me, I'll admit.

Would my sources be me? How would I know anything? Let's just say I stay well-informed.

There is only one ex G/A member I can think of who had that kind of economic insight. Was it ############? (Count the letters)

Ask no questions and hear no lies. I probably wouldn't waste my time asking GAM either.

The mystery identity of skidude is going to stay that way, AFAIK. I don't see how anything productive could come of GAM announcing who this former member was.

You have to have been around a lot longer than '03 to know those. The mod list is kinda secret.
