5.375%

A week ago for just 1 day rates were back at 5.375%. They may be headed back down there again based on the last few days 10 year treasury movement.

We're about 2-3 months from converting our construction loan but we can lock in up to 60 days prior.

Last time I called it was 5.5 for 30 no points. Hopefully it'll be a little lower by the time we're ready.

I saw Wachovia has published rates 5.375% today.

My lender was recently taken over by Wachovia so they have my current loan. I pay 5.85 and hope to be done in five more years.

5.625 30 yr jumbo. Bought the house in 2005. Another 1/4 down and I am refinancing. (I always go the no-cost route.)

5.5% from when we closed on our house in Sept 05. Don't think they'll ever be an opportunity to go any lower and for the outstanding principal it would probably never pay.

We bought our home (not too far from Paymaster) 13 months ago and got a no-cost 30-year fixed at 6.00%. If they go down a little more, we'll likely be refinancing through my cousin's financial firm. He's always hooked us and the rest of my big Irish family up with good loans.
