No shockers there - IT and services are what's needed.

Too many people dropped out of IT after the internet crash & now everyone assumes that all of the IT jobs have been outsourced when in fact the opposite is true - many companies are discovering that outsourcing isn't saving them nearly as much money as they thought. Meanwhile enrollemnt in IT degree programs is way down - it's a great field to get into, since IT needs will only grow as time goes on.

And services - especially in the medical field - will always be needed. I'm trying to convince my kids to go to orthodontic school when they get older.

I skimmed the list and I think the easiest might be X-ray tech or medical equip repairman. Talking out of my butt, those are the easiest because it looks like less work involved. All the other ones seem time sensitive or required constant learning and looking ahead to see if you'll be outdated.
