Online Shopping vs. B&M Shopping?
So, many analysts are predicting that online sales during this holiday season will see sharp inclines from last year's almost-disappointing results (because of a weaker economy).
For those of you who have been shopping, are you doing it more online or in brick & mortar stores? What do you think about the future of B&M stores if online storefronts are offering free shipping, no tax and more discounts? Do you think you'll be shopping 100% online in the future? |

I've done a little more than 75% of my winter solstice shopping online. It's much more convient for me.
That, and I hate going to places with a lot of people around. |

I find myself liking the stores better since I can get my hands on it right then and there. I'm tired of missing the UPS guy and having to drive to their sorting warehouse to pick up the thing that was to be delivered.
Oh, and I don't think that I'll be a 100% online shopper anytime soon ![]() |

Delivery can be a pain sometimes, but I would say I do at least 75% of my shopping online. If there is a local B&M store, I will go and pick something up to avoid high shipping charges, but I would rather just make the purchase online.
For me it is all about finding the best deal.

neither. I didn't buy anything. I gave my money away to someone who needed it.
now just to figure out what to give my family. I'm sure I can hash something together, but i don't know what. |
