Real Estate Investing "programs"
Has anyone had any experience with the Carlton Sheets or Ron LeGrand type programs you see on the infomercials?

Are you hoping to buy and resell or buy and rent? In either case you will need to know your local real estate market to avoid overpaying for property. If it is for rentals, you need to know if you can rent it out for enough to meet your expenses even if it remains unrented for three months out of a year. In the Southern California market, good deals are hard to find. Save your money by not getting one of their "programs". They are the ones making millions on them. You can find free information on real estate investing at the public library.
