We have a house, and my parents want to sell it, but like I've told them this just proves we need to hold on to it, even if we do miraculously buy another house, just as miraculously we obtained the current one.
Ofcourse, it's not like our neighborhood will jump that much, but even still, the houses in our area sell in about a week of listing. |
