Loan Comparisons
Does anybody know of a good site/calculator/spreadsheet that can do a good side-by-side comparison of home loans?
For instance, I'm looking at choosing between 5/1, 7/1, and 10/1 arms as well as 30-year fixed. Just to confuse things, there's also different closing costs, points that need to be paid, etc... Anyone know of a good calculator to make these a bit easier to compare? |

The Motley Fool has an excellent site regarding personal finance - look under the home section for answers to many of your questions. They also have a lot of excellent calculators.
