pretty crazy stuff...they're saying it's a merger, but seems like cgi's doing the taking over..

Holy crap. I never expected to see this here.
I work for AMS, and it's been an interesting couple of days  Is this a really big deal? Right now for us, it doesn't seem like it's that noteworthy, although it is a major move personally. Oh, and it is a merger, although their numbers are larger. They're also selling the Defense and Intelligence group (my group) to CACI.
