Real Estate Purchase Questions...Europe
Hey does anyone here have experience in owning property in europe? Im just curious as to what the cons are (i know the pros).
How hard is it for a US citizen to buy property there (specifically poland)?

Get a permit and you should be good to go. How hard or easy it is to get a permit I have no idea. Read this and you might find out some info:

hmmm interesting link. Some of it might apply to me if I rent the place out...otherwise they want me to live there 5 years nonstop...which i wont be doing.
