Name one "Would've, could've, should've"

Pick a company that had an initial public offering in the past 5-10 years. Identify the IPO terms and answer the following questions:

Did this company need to go public to in order to meet its financial needs?

As an investor, would you have been willing to purchase the company’s stock at the offering price? Why or why not?

In other words... which stock did you screw up on?

I never played the market either. I kept my investments "safer" in CD's...

A friend at work who held onto his Home Depot stock found it has held up well.

i wish i wasn't in college during the dotcom boom. i had absolutely no money. if i could've i would've gone crazy investing. perhaps looking back, i could've spared 100 bucks and started, and could've been rich from it, but i didn't think it was worth it.

Well I was in college back in 1995 when I first learned of google. I have been using it since then. I wish I would have invested in it. That was the only company where I said I wish I would have invested realistically.
