Pixar question

OK..so I purchase 1 share of Pixar stock from oneshare.com

As some of you know, Disney bought Pixar and eventually will be giving pixar shareholders about 2.3 shares of Disney for each pixar stock. What's going to happen with my certificate? Will I be issued a disney certificate to replace my pixar, making my pixar just a piece of artwork at that point? Or would I just hold onto my pixar certificiate until I wanted to eventually exchange it for disney shares or cash?

You will likely get a letter instructing you how to exchange the certificate. If you hold on to it, it'll still have it's value, just realize that you have to go through the exchange process before you sell it someday.
