Fast? you ask. Yes. The hard drive is a 7200 RPM hitachi notebook drive. The interface to the enclosure is SATA. The external interface is either eSATA or USB.

Portable? You bet. This external drive is MUCH smaller and quieter than those clunky 3.5 external drives. This drive fits easily into my pocket. Also, unlike 3.5 drives it can be powered by USB. That means you don't need to carry around a DC brick transformer.

Condition notes: Used but in good condition. Case is like new. Net references (heat, ebay, GA available on request). Includes various (pictured) cables/adaptors.

Price: $145 shipped.
