$185 OBO for an MSI motherboard and an intel celeron 2 633 mhz processor.
This processor is not oem and can be overclocked to 1 ghz. It also comes with the intel fan and heatsink. [Edited by brezaee on 01-12-2001 at 07:01 PM]
