My Dad just got hooked on PowerPoint. He's willing to pay up to $40 for it. If you have Office 2000, I'd pay the extra. No CDR copies please. I want to keep this legit.

Just go to Warez.com and get it for free.

I don't think that anyone would sell their copy Powerpoint and Office 2000 for $40 + extra...

The best way to get legit, cheap MS products is through a college or university. Students get them at a big discount, though you will NOT get it for $40.

That's why I'm saying $40 for Powerpoint alone, not Office 2000. I'd pay more obviously for Office 2000.

A note about these education licenses (since you want to do this legally): There are conditions that state you've to be a student/staff/faculty at an "approved educational organization". Some of them even have time limits.

I can get you an academic copy of office 2000 standard or pro or if there is deluxe, I can get you that too. You pay whatever it costs plus some $$ for my troubles. Email me if you're interested.

Heh - that's what I offered him too - until he pointed out that PowerPoint is not included in the Small Business Ed. Oops!
