Isn't that a bad word in Scotland? Anyway, go to compgeeks.com... there should be a banner on the G|A site. They had some for about $150. |

A Quid is a pound. It's a nickname for a pound in England.

and 1 pound = approx. $1.47 U.S.
Quim is the British word for.......well we don't want to loose are apex standing. After all an Ensign ain't got much breathing room. I might get bumped to a Plebe. I'm not sure what this all has to do with the 'puter, but it might have some cultural value. And this forum is the cultural place to be. |

Check out www.collegelaptops.net Call them actually, I got a better deal on the phone then what the website said. They have lots of older IBM and Dell's. I got a IBM Thinkpad with a P2-266, 160mb RAM and a 4.3gb HD, and 20X CD, floppy, and Win98SE for $399 (US dollars). This guy is all over Ebay too, but I found that his reserve was higher then he wanted when I called.
