WTB: Cheap case and 350W-400W PS

I'm building a system for a friend and I'm in need of a decent mid or full tower case and good 350W - 400W PS. It can be used, but not too old and must be in good working order and come with cables/fans, etc. I'm looking to spend about $50 shipped if anyone can help me out. Thanks.
