I've got MS Office 97 Full Retail, never been opened, with all the documents and manuals.As well, I've got MS Office 2000 Professional Upgrade, opened to check contents (but never used). I really have no idea as to the price, what do you think would be fair (for both)?

I just checked it out on PriceWatch, Microsoft Office 2000 Professional Upgrade is cheapest $285.00.here
Microsoft Office 97 Professional Edition Upgrade (this one is New, In Box) is cheapest $195. here

Going by that, could you make me an offer, because I'm not sure what the depreciation value of both of these are. Or I could trade for a nice laptop, PM me with specs? Cash will be thrown in on either end to even the deal.
