I will mail them via US 1st class mail.
What type of references are you looking for?? We signed up for Stamps.com and now we only need to pay the exact postage and don't have to apply extra postage and waste money.. that is the reason we want to get rid of our old stamps. |

isn't this ill leagle... um why don's u just use them all up and start in on the stamps.com if you are going to take a loss on them just go ahead and pay non exact postage on yout packages...
