I want to buy some memory for my Dell Inspiron 4100 lap top.128 MB or bigger.

Well I checked but all the extra 128 chips we have at the office are PC2100, which is not what you need.

I'm looking for a couple of 256 sodimms for a dell ispiron 8000. sdram pc100, 133. Anyone? Dells prices are outrageious.

check crucial.com i need more memory for my inspiron 4100 too. it's just easiest to go through crucial since they're trustworthy and know exactly which ones to use.

try eBay. i just bought a 600m and i got 2 x 256 pc2700 for $39 shipped.
