I bought this before christmas for my cable internet line......Switching to DSL.

Works Great, I have the original box and all documentation.

do i need to contact my Service provider to make this thing work?

Nothing particularly special....It is highly rated, and connects via USB or Cat-5.

I would check with the ISP though.....

It is literally 1 month old.

My Ebay screenname is "vdriver" ....check my feedback.
