Why don't you just go out to a store? It'd certainly be in stock most everywhere. GameStop, Target, BestBuy, Fry's, Electronics Boutique... and you wouldn't have to pay shipping... and you can choose color... unless you mean to imply you'd like to buy a controller for under $30...

Go to Gamestop and get a used one! Only $20 something. They should have a return policy too if there are any kinks.
