What games are you currently playing?

Does it consume your time and what are you playing?

i play world of warcraft a few hours a month. not nearly as much as i used to, but i still find enjoyment in certain aspects of it.

i play halo2 every once in a while when my friends are over or want to play online.

most of my gaming time has been devoted to the nintendo wii. been playing a bit of zelda, a bit of wii sports, and i just got a used copy of madden nfl so i'll probably go start a franchise there.

I'm still obsessed with City of Villians..

I play whenever I have alot of free time (mostly late at night when everyone else has gone to bed.)

On average I play about 4 hours every night and moreso on the weekends.

yeah, i still play CoV as well. not nearly as much as DF does, but i do play.

then there's the requisite basketball game, currently NBA 2K6.

oh, and i recently started playing GunBound again for kicks. that game's still fun.

and nah, it doesn't really consume my time because i only play when i've got lots of free time.

I was playing a lot of Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne until my friend moved to the Marshall Islands. Then I started playing some DoTA (Defense of the Ancients - custom game for WC3). However, because I wanted to focus on some other stuff I uninstalled Warcraft 3 yesterday.

I'm still playing some DS games:

Metroid Prime: Hunters
Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin
Final Fantasy III

I usually play those while taking a **** or while I lay in bed trying to fall asleep.

We got a bunch of new games for Christmas, so we're not really focused playing any single game, but kinda bounce between a bunch.

Wii:
Rayman Raving Rabbits - random crazy fun!
Excite Truck - I may finish last, but I can get enough points to get a top rating!

PS2:
Guitar Hero II

DS:
Mario Kart - with my co-workers, always a blast!
Rub Rabbits - a bunch of mini games which are hilarious

Dusted off Age of Empires 2 the other night and played a few games.

Brings back memories of college when...
Cut scene:
[dream sequence] *cue fuzzy peripherial vision*
...when AOE Age Of Kings first came out and we used to play 4 on 4. And then there was one time when three of us got together at my friend's house and 4 of his little cousins (like 6-12 years old) showed up and started talking smack SO WE WASTED THOSE LITTLE PUNKS. Yeah, back in the day, back when my 566 Celeron was spankin' new...

The old standbys: Madden and EA Sports NCAA Football.

I'll play some Mario Kart with the kids, too. Picked up Midway Arcade Treasures, and have been wearing out Cyberball and Gauntlet on that puppy...

Now that my PS2 is modded, I've been playing a lot of Beatmania IIDX (a Japanese game) -- otherwise though, I've been playing Guild Wars off and on over the past while as well.

I've been trying to get a ds lite for that... mario cart (fav nintedo game), brain games, etc.

I finished the third Guild Wars around Christmas and sometimes log in, but haven't played for a while. It was pain to find a team and the newer missions take hours to finish. Part 3 was much better than 2 imo if anyone is thinking of trying it out.

heh... well I know how it is to be locked into a few games that just sucks up all of your time.

But on a side note, this weekend is "DOUBLE XP" weekend!!! Right now, I can already see that I'll be puttin' in some overtime on CoV this weekend.

But seriously, you should fire it up one day... it's pretty addicting.

I got Hulk:Ultimate Destruction at blockbuster for $7.50. Great value, cause I love me some mindless destruction.

Grab a telephone poll, play golf with some soldiers, throw a cow in the lake, you get the point...

tried carbon, diddy racing, and some other race game for the ds and they were ok. mario cart is still the best imo. Texas Hold'Em Poker is a decent way to kill some time.
