I want to get my bro a new game as a gift. He just got PS2, so it can be either/or. Can anyone recommend a military or tactical game? To give you an idea of what I'd like to get, he has "Metal Gear Solid", "Medal of Honor I and II", "Syphon Filter (?)" and all the...the popular one with the zombies.

He had to get PS2?
Right now there isn't much to choose from in that kind of game. Winback just came out and it is like Metal Gear Solid but it has been getting low ratings.
