Apparently there are reports of gamers creating counterfeit funds in the world of Everquest. In fact it's becoming such a problem that the makers of the game are worried that if they can't stop the creation of money in the game that the whole Everquest economy could crumble because there is too much money floating around!

Imagine a world where everyone was rich as heck! Prices for things like swords/armor would go up to unbelievable process to match with everyone's wealth. Poor folks who don't know how to counterfeit their own cash will become poverty stricken and will hardly be able to play. You will loose gamers left and right and before you know it, Everquest will become a barren wasteland! By the gods! Everquest could be no more and we might be forced to go on living our lives playing other, much better games! Living happy and free from the never ending torment of a game that can not be beaten…wait a minute, that's a good thing…Okay everyone! It's time to do some counterfeiting! Yeah baby! What are you waiting for? Let's get that money moving! BOO YEAH!
