It's illegal to have unless you own the cartridge.

they are, like Leon said, but the copyrights of NES roms are rarely enforced now. nintendo has been focusing on GB, GBA, N64 and i guess gamecube (i havent heard of any pirated GCN games yet, anyone know?).

They are harder to find these days, when I do find places to get them, I get what I can! I love the emulators especially the gba ones, I can see them alot better on a big monitor vs a little console.

If you search, you can find 'em around. I've got some NES & SNES ones. Mame arcade emulator is awesome, but ROMS are no longer available from them personally. They got a cease & desist letter.

i have a bunch but its hard to find some good ones but as long as i got super punchout and chrono trigger its all good
