It would be cool if game companies let you download the ISOs from their servers. Very cool I think.

I first played Doom on shareware as well and I still like it when companies realse downloadable demos today.

Doom had 8 playable levels... I doubt you'll find any shareware game with more than 3 these days! Oh how I miss the 1990's... no, not really
