I was looking at Planetside and wondered if anyone was still playing it. There are some rather big lag issues right now (from what I've read) so I'm not considering getting into this for at least a couple months. I'm curious about which server people here are playing on and what are the possibilities of a G|A? Outfit (guild).

I was playing it and it became really repetetive and boring. The lag was pretty bad during prime times as well. I decided to cancel my subscription for the time being and wait a month or two to see what has changed. I was playing on Emerald which is where most people play. The other servers still had lag issues even though they were less populated. They weren't AS BAD but the game is meant to be played with lots of people so the other servers weren't much fun...

I'd be willing to join up when they get the lag issue fixed somewhat. All Online games are dealing with that major issue in one form or another. Earth and Beyond, what I'm playing right now, had it's lag issues but is now much smoother and a lot more fun to play.

From what i've heard (i've never played) Everquest was extremely laggy when it was first started. Being from the same company (Sony) that is bringing PlanetSide, I'm sure they will figure out how to fix it.
