Unreal 3 Engine preview...
They are aiming for a 2006 release. This is possibly the most amazing thing I've seen in a long time.

terrible public speaker, though.
but yea, the dynamic lighting effects are pretty damn cool.

Textures are nice, looks very good. But yes the speaker was awful. Would it have killed him to sit down while explaining things? The lights weren't on anyway, he was just making a distracting silhouette on the screen.
