Game ID Help

I'm trying to remember the name of this game I used to have for an older console.

It was either Nintendo or Super Nintendo.

The game was disney related and had something to do with an Island if I remember right. It had a lot of similarities to Disneyland - like one level was pirates of the caribbean and it was like a 2d side scroller where you had to make it off of an island. Then there was a level that was space mountain (I think) and you were on a roller coaster that you had to guide the right direction or it would fall off the track.

I think there were like 6 levels in all - each was a different type of mini game.

Any guesses?

EDIT: Now that I think about it - it may not have been on an island...the setting may have been disneyland.

I had forgotten all about that game. I haven't played that in a LONG time. I wonder if I can beat it now that I'm older.
