You will need to register with them before you can take the survey. The survey is for their rack builder. The web site stated that it will take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of the Golf shirt.

Yeah, I got mine Saturday via FedEx 2 day. The shirt is kinda of ugly I think, but if y'all like it, enjoy. I think I'm giving mine ti the Goodwill or something. The white with the big goofy pocket up front just isn't me. I can't really complain because it was free.
