Maximum Range of a Cordless Telephone?
My 2.4 GHz Panasonic will go approx. 100-150 feet. Does anyone know of a unit which has a better range?
A guy at work said that if you put longer antennae on the base unit that it would help. |

When I was in college, there was this electrical engineering student that modified his 900 Mhz phone to work over 1500 feet away from the base.
Of course, everyone on campus was amazed at his range. (He could be on the phone in the cafeteria and his dorm room was like a 8 min walk away)
