Printer cartridge problem...
Alright, the librarian here bought an ink cartridge that is supposedly compatible with the printer we have, and I've looked at it and it should be.
The Staples cartridge says that it's compatible with Dell A920 printers. However, I looked at the rest of the box and it says that it's compatible with Dell TO529. I looked at the back of the printer and it says on another part of the printer not only A920, but OTO526. Would that be a problem? I made sure the tape is off, the catridges seem physically the same. Help me! TIA

According to the Staples.com website when you follow the links for replacement cartridges for the Dell A920 printer you are given the option of
STAPLES® Remanufactured Black Ink Cartridge Compatible with Dell® T0529 and STAPLES® Remanufactured Color Ink Cartridge Compatible with Dell® T0530 If it doesn't work, call them up since they guarantee it will work with your printer. |
