How often do you clear your computer?

How often do you use a can of compressed air to blow out the dust bunnies from your computer?

I do, too... Just make sure the air's dry - keep your compressor drained (it has a condensate drain).

My little pancake compressor (bought to run my trim and brad nailers) was one of my best investments, tool-wise.

That's something like I've got - it's a Campbell Hausfeld 2 gallon model that Walmart had on clearance for $22 a while back. Not something you can use to power major air tools, but enough for a brad nailer, and great for simple things like filling tires and blowing the dust out of your computer.

probably every 6 months. Dust starts to collect pretty quick after that.

For me about every 3 months or so. I have to use canned air most the time due to humidity even with a dryer hooked to my dual tank thomas nailer compressor! Also in the winter its a bear to haul out of the shed. If I use it more often on the job I get a lot longer use and not have the tanks rust out. Doesn't matter what I do to drain it since all the water never seems to get out even when I remove the drain plugs! And my gas compressor is way too much to mess with.
