I am waiting to get a new monitor 19" or bigger, and I am curious if this is where it is at... $190 or should I invest a few more bucks for something else... I prefer Dimatron or Trinatron but is that alot more? Also I want to use this to type papers, surf the web, watch Dvd's and play a game or two.
Is this the one or do I wait? I probably won't need one till Janurary 11.

Which happens to be my birthday.
I dunno, Beddoestech had some problems with a samsung monitor; so much so that he grew to hate them. I'd spend the extra money on a nice trinitron, but they do tend to run in the 400 dollar or higher range. Viewsonic has decent on 'tron monitors.

I am currently using the 955SL and I must say that it is a great monitor (for the price). Small footprint and pretty decent graphic quality. Much better quality than a standard Viewsonic.
