ok.....i've deceided on buyin the geforce 2 gts 32mb video card (thankz spb for the advice) and now im charting into unknown territory......motherboardz......i have no idea which one i should get so...plz help
-im planning to get amd thunderbird 1 gig processor -i have the elsa Gladiac Geforce2 32MB video card -planning to get 256MB PC100 SDRAM from outpost.com (sku#11522) -am willing to spend around 100 to 150...for a good one i kno i kno,datz askin too much but i really am confused o well.....now i just want a motherboard dat will run smoothly wit the stuff i have/will get....so if you have any advice plz help me.... ps. I prefer Asus myself. not really sure which boards they have that support the thunderbird

ok me thinkin of gettin asus-a7v......i just hope it'll run smoothly wit the stuff i have/gonna get....thnkz agin spb.....

If you wait until next year the KT133a mobos are going to come out in full force. Then....even if your CPU is multiplier locked......you can overclock with the FSB.

ok me gettin asus's a7v......thnkz to spb (where credit iz due) now i checked pricewatch.com and th lowest price i saw wuz 125.....if you can find a lower price for the asus a7v (no sound or cpu) then plz post up.....dankz ppl for the help in my purchase of a new comp
ps. im goin to ask for a sound card recommendation soon...  so give ur input on a good sound card......thnkz |

Go with the KT7
 I have pretty much the same system and It is damn nice Just make sure you have a 250w or above power supplie(Is that how you spell it? It is 4:30 in the morning) otherwise you will have problems Time for sleepy |

Do NOT use a turtle beach Montego II soundcard with the A7V. It doesn't work.
